DEPA.520D is a high performance low viscosity pale colour mineral cutting oil. DEPA.520Dis fortified with high level of inactive sulphurised chlorinated compound, chlorine and fatty oil. All the additives are carefully balanced to achieve excellent cutting performance. DEPA.520Dis specially designed for difficult machining operations including broaching, deep hole drilling, gun drilling and honing for the difficult to machine metals, such as stainless steel, high nickel steel, heat resisting steel etc. DEPA.520D can also be used in the high speed cutting in the CNC machining centres.

DEPA.850 water-soluble cutting fluid is a new type of extreme pressure long-life cutting fluid, mainly recommended for cutting steel and iron parts, including most machining methods such as turning, drilling, boring, and reaming. It is also suitable for aluminum, copper, and cast iron. The product has excellent lubrication, rust prevention, cooling, and defoaming properties, as well as outstanding anti-corrosion and hard water resistance. DEPA.940DG is a fully synthetic soluble cutting and grinding fluid which is particularly designed for high speed grinding applications. It is compatible with ferrous metals and is recommended for high level & heat generating operations, such as double disc grinding, wet abrasive belt and high velocity turning with carbide cutting tools.

DEPA.R230 is a long-term rust preventive for all ferrous and metals, which also possesses excellent water displacement property and anti-salted property. it deposits a soft oily film, which provides high degree of rust prevention on metal surface. This film is medium thick and easy to clean. Whether it should be cleaned or not is subject to different afterward processes. In order to achieve the best result, articles should be immersed in the fluid and shaking for a while. Where impractical, DEPA R230A can be applied by spraying, brushing or rolling.

DEPA.WTA02-2 is a combination of alkaline sodium salts, highly effective surfactants, Auxiliaries, and additives. The cleaning effect of most mineral oils and cutting fluids is good. This protective film does not need to be cleaned in most post-processing procedures.
