DEPA.WTA02-2 Cleaning Agent

DEPA.WTA02-2 is a combination of alkaline sodium salts, highly effective surfactants, Auxiliaries, and additives. The cleaning effect of most mineral oils and cutting fluids is good. Suitable for all kinds of iron, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys, such as high pressure spray oil. It can also be used to remove oil stains and yellow robes on baked paint surfaces of machine tools and epoxy floors.

    1. Consult with lubrication experts, use lubricants of appropriate specifications, and minimize the types of oil used.

    2. Each type of machinery is marked with a simple diagram indicating the parts that need to be refueled, the name of the oil product, the refueling cycle, etc., and is managed by a dedicated person to avoid using the wrong oil product.

    3. Before each refueling, clean and wipe containers and tools such as oil pumps and oil pots.

    4. Rust inhibitor must be added to the cooling water circulation system of the injection molding machine to prevent the formation of scale, which can cause corrosion and leakage of the heat exchanger into the hydraulic system.

    5. Replace the filter element at the same time as each oil change.

    6. Keep the fuel tank sealed to prevent the entry of dust and moisture.
