Small details to prevent you from spending money in vain
1. Before each refueling, the oil pump, oil can and other containers and tools must be cleaned and wiped.
2. Before changing the oil, the machinery must be thoroughly rinsed with a solvent. Water-soluble cleaning agents must not be used.
3. After each addition or replacement of lubricating oil, keep a record of mechanical maintenance.
4. Replace the filter element at the same time as each oil change.
5. Keep the fuel tank sealed to prevent the entry of flying dust and moisture.
(Attention must be paid to using specialized oil pumps for various types, especially for pure oil and water-based coolant. Mixing oil pumps is extremely avoided, as it may cause corrosion and increased wear of metal parts in the equipment lubrication system. It is also possible that cutting fluid mixed with miscellaneous oil can easily breed bacteria and shorten the service life.)
