DEPA.620D Precision cutting Oil

DEPA.620D is a heavy-duty mineral cuting oil blended from highly refined base oil and high quality EP additives including  active sulphuin-active sulphur and faty oil. DEPA.620D can efectively improve tool life and surface finishing by preventing  localised welding between chips and tools. This medium viscosity and the additive package enhance the lubricity so that this product is widely used in high-speed highprecision turning in auto lathes withproven good results.DEPA.620D is suitable for machining free cuting Ti, stee, steel up to 80 tons tensile strength and even stainless steel in multi-spindle, multi-tool lathes and automatics.

    Small details that prevent you from wasting money unnecessarily

    1.Each type of machinery is marked with a simple diagram indicating the parts that need to be refueled, the name of the oil product, the refueling cycle, etc., and is managed by a dedicated person to avoid using the wrong oil product.

    2.Use dedicated containers for each type of oil, and label the container with the name of the oil to prevent contamination.

    3. After each addition or replacement of lubricating oil, keep a mechanical maintenance record.

    4. Rust inhibitor must be added to the cooling water circulation system of the injection molding machine to prevent the formation of scale, which can cause corrosion and leakage of the heat exchanger into the hydraulic system.

    5. Keep the fuel tank sealed to prevent the entry of dust and moisture.

    (Attention must be paid to using specialized oil pumps for various types, especially for pure oil and water-based coolant. Mixing oil pumps is extremely avoided, as it may cause corrosion and increased wear of metal parts in the equipment lubrication system. It is also possible to mix cutting fluid with miscellaneous oil, which can easily breed bacteria and shorten the service life.)
