DEPA.620Ti Neat Cutting Oil

DEPA.620Ti are premium tapping oil of a supper heavy-duty formulations. These high viscosity mineral tapping oils are fortified with large quantity of high quality of active and non active-sulfur and new type of phosphorus EP additive.  DEPA.620Ti are made to perform very high surface finishing and excellent tools protecting.  Special heat resistant agent further imparts the anti-heat property. DEPA.620Ti are special used in precision tapping of metal parts of very tough metal such as stainless steel and heat resisting steels.

    Small details that prevent you from wasting money unnecessarily

    1. Consult with lubrication experts, use lubricants of appropriate specifications, and minimize the types of oil used.

    2. Each type of machinery is marked with a simple diagram indicating the parts that need to be refueled, the name of the oil product, the refueling cycle, etc., and is managed by a dedicated person to avoid using the wrong oil product.

    3. Before each refueling, clean and wipe containers and tools such as oil pumps and oil pots.

    4. Use dedicated containers for each type of oil, and label the container with the name of the oil to prevent contamination.

    5. Before changing the oil, the machinery must be washed clean with solvent, and water-soluble cleaning agents must not be used.

    6. After each addition or replacement of lubricating oil, keep a mechanical maintenance record.

    7. If any abnormalities are found in the oil product or it has reached the oil change cycle, a sample should be taken and sent to a professional company for analysis and decision.

    8. Rust inhibitor must be added to the cooling water circulation system of the injection molding machine to prevent the formation of scale, which can cause corrosion and leakage of the heat exchanger into the hydraulic system.

    9. Replace the filter element at the same time as each oil change.

    10. Keep the fuel tank sealed to prevent the entry of dust and moisture.

    (Attention must be paid to using specialized oil pumps for various types, especially for pure oil and water-based coolant. Mixing oil pumps is extremely avoided, as it may cause corrosion and increased wear of metal parts in the equipment lubrication system. It is also possible that cutting fluid mixed with miscellaneous oil can easily breed bacteria and shorten the service life.)
